"There is a simple formula to figure out how much water you should be drinking everyday.

Kg x 0.033 = L
​
Take your weight in kilograms and multiply it by 0.033. The result will give you the amount of water you should be drinking everyday.
​
Example: 90Kg x 0.033 = 2.97 Litres
​
